I have no schedule. Even though I'm still working I have no work schedule either. I'm a real estate broker and while I'm buddy sometimes that carries over into my eating habits. Sometimes I get in 3 squares at normal times in and sonny's I don't. So in reality I'm not on an eating schedule.

Frequently I let the clock tell me when to eat, but sometimes It does not, when it does not we will frequently be doing something at lunch time and end up having a later than normal lunch, on those days we have lately been making it a 2 meal day instead of 3.

My meals are really "scheduled" around the rest of my schedule. For example, I go to synagogue in the morning, then I go out for a run, come back and shower and get dressed, and then I have my breakfast. Dinner happens either right before or right after evening synagogue services (that time shifts through the year, so my dinnertime shifts too). Lunch tends to be at noon, which is usually a combination of hunger and routine.

Schedule. Just like a baby. Full circle I guess.

"Loose" schedule. Breakfast usually within an hour of getting up, which varies a lot.

On WW day, after returning home. Possibly a 6pp Fiber One bar on the way home.

    Lunch around noon,

I attempt to plate dinner between 5 and 6.

Yup, I’m a schedule eater - breakfast by 9 AM, lunch around 11:30-12, and dinner around 6.

Can someone explain this word "schedule?"

@whathapnd For me, it’s the fact I eat at certain times each day. It’s not about hunger, but rather about “this is when I eat”. Sorta like recess is followed by classes is followed by lunch.

There’s a certain Pavlov's dog element to it, in that if I expect to eat around noon, I experience hunger around noon, even if breakfast was 2.5 hours ago. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks Charlie. I should have inserted a 😁 after my question. I rarely eat on a schedule, and it's probably something I should experiment with.

    Hmm…

I do not eat breakfast until I get hungry…usually between 8am and 9am…occasionally earlier.

Lunch is between 11am and 1pm. Depends on the day and my hunger levels.

I usually have genuine hunger when I get home from work…so, somewhere between 5pm and 6pm.
