Tracey's New Start 2025...Journey from 200 to 140 pounds

Well, here I am again. I gained, I lost, and I gained again. I am encouraged to lose again for the last time. My previous weight loss was a combination of plans, but for this journey, I have one plan that I will be using and I will not deviate from this plan until I reach my goal. I titled it 180 day weightloss plan with hopes that that is all it will take, but if it takes longer than the 180 days, I will keep with it. When I reach my goal, I will just modify my fast days to OMAD days.

Today's meal
Gardencup 3 meat Italian Club Salad, chicken wings, raspberry cheesecake keto chow shake with collagen, mct oil, and creatine (not pictured). Total Calories 1,639. Eating window closed at 6:00pm,

Yesterday was a good day. My weight this morning was 199.5 pounds. I am happy to be back in onederland and am looking forward to getting to the 180's. Today is a fast day and all I have had so far was water with electrolytes. I am excited to be back on this final journey. No more excuses; just commitment, discipline, and progress.
