Good morning y'all:
Just had my follow-up appointment with my doctor and she was happy that I broke through my plateau. She loved my current meal plans and all of the challenges/activities. I hope to get rid of this cold I'm having…OTC med should help. She was very positive and always listens so that's nice too.
Hope you're all having a great morning so far. I'm heading in to work now…had to stop back at the house to pick up my lunch. Have a terrific day!

Lots and lots of Book Club news:
So our regularly-scheduled meeting day will be the 4th Wednesday of each month. So we will meet to discuss Nine Perfect Strangers on Wednesday, September 24, at 7:30 pm EDT. I’ll send out a Zoom invite a few days before. If I don’t have your email and you’d like to join us, please message me with your email address.
Our October meeting will be on Wednesday, October 22 at 7:30, and you have overwhelming voted for Historical Fiction. So please submit a title or two of your historical fiction recommendations!
*The 4th Wednesday of November and December are holiday weeks, so please think about whether we should reschedule to a different week or if you’d like a break for the holidays.
