CW: 140.5Meh. It's a nice loss but I'm not too excited about it. I've been going through a pretty rough depressive episode and just haven't had much of an appetite lately. I talked to my psychiatrist and we added a new medication, which I should be able to pick up and start today. I've been trying to pull myself together the last couple of days though. I ate a bit better and dragged myself to the gym for a little run. I'm also starting to wonder if my hormonal cycle has something to do with these intense swings. Something to keep an eye on for sure.

@Zaxa2021 so sorry to hear you’ve been going through a tough time. Hope the new med brings you some relief. It’s not a bad idea, as you’ve been thinking, to have your hormone levels checked. HRT, in combination with my meds, has been a lifesaver for me. Sending hugs.
