    @AnnaZimm70 I would have a hard time saying no to chocolate too. Wonder if you can freeze some? I am trying hard to not say, "send them to me!" 😂 I can see how having your father stay with you could change up your routines and make it hard to keep up with the habits you have established. It doesn't take much to move me off track, but the worry probably also makes it hard to follow through.

    It's so hard to get back on track when our routines get upended! When I moved back home in 2022 to help my dad and brother (also benefited me due to taking a lower wage job), my routines became non-existent. I struggled for years to get back on track. Dad passed in 2023 and I became my brother's caregiver.

    Before moving back, I lived with my two Pomeranians by myself for at least 10 years so living with other people was a hard adjustment!

    I am THRILLED!! A new low for me! And I made my step goal too! My gym partner and I started walking after we work out and I’m walking the dog after dinner - I think that’s helping

    Sunday checkin:

    PW: 161.2

    CW: 160.0

    Finally! it took me a month to get back to 160. Determined not to get back up above that line so I can keep making progress.

    @virgoreader So sweet of you that you are your brother's caregiver. I am going to be my brother's caregiver, but for now, he is doing okay.

    @gillis1118 You're so funny with the scales!

    @rwillems That's great advice. Expect the upticks, but don't let them derail your plan.

    How is everyone doing? Anyone have plans for Thanksgiving (those from the US)? What are your tips for holiday eating? I always struggle this time of year, and I tend to have the thought, well I'll just start again in the New Year.

    We put up our Christmas tree last weekend and getting ready to go to our in-laws for Turkey day. I am running (well walk/jogging) in a 5k Thursday morning. That will definitely not burn off the calories that will be eaten 🤣

    @lauren_989 that's a beautiful tree!

    When I was a WW member, our leader gave us all a paper plate and told us to write on it the things we were most looking forward to eating on Thanksgiving. Then we could prioritize the things we don't get all the time. I plan to do that and pre-track my meal. I'll have a protein shake and banana for breakfast and a light meal at supper.

    It's a hard time of year with all the special foods and so many of our celebrations can revolve around food.
