    I do this too! Also, I workout at home and sometimes I get so pumped during my workout (especially with really good music) that I find myself dancing during my rest. It's really great when you love your workout.

    I'm constantly feeling my arms and shoulders and turning around in mirrors to marvel at the lack of fat rools on my back (finally!). They're still there, but they don't show in clothes anymore.

    Whoooooo me too :tongue: I never thought i'd EVER find those. I'm constantly stroking my arms and stomach. Although my abs aren't quite at the forefront they're definately there. I've never been so confident about my body
