I hit goal in May, kept losing till July and mostly maintained since then (within a pound or two). I think I recently lost another pound or so, but haven't logged the loss yet, I may do that tomorrow. I don't want to lose anymore. Finding the right balance is HARD!! I've been slowly upping my calories and got to 1400. Now that we're heading towards winter I reset my activity to sedentary, which sets my calories at 1410. Hopefully this is the right number for me..............

    Congrats on your loss! You're right I'm still trying to find the right balance with maintenance also. Great to hear that you've been doing it well for 4 months! :)

    I've been on maintenance for month now and I too am finding it very difficult to figure out how many calories I need to consume. I've lost 7 pounds since starting maintenance and I consume on average 1800-2000 calories a day.
