    I'm the good type LOL, the one left out,the " Keolamorph"

    Must be the dieseled body type.
    ok maybe I'm a little slow lol,but what do you mean by the dieseled type? LOL,is that mean I have a strong engine but bad emissions ratings lol.... I am thin but not fragile,skin is tough,wide shoulders,17&1/2 in thick neck,lots of core strength but hard to get large massive bulky muscles, I'm 6'1" 175 pounds,so maybe you can tell me ,I have to many ethnic mixes to comply with rose stats as humans evolve so does body types,so that's why I'm a KEOLAMORPH LOL ,by all means share your opinion with me.

    I'm not sure I buy into this body type stuff so much these days.

    5 years ago I would have definitely said Endo.

    Now, I got no idea.

    I think ecto's move more than they think & don't eat as much as they think.

    Endo's the opposite.

    There are definitely meso's with awesome genetics for good physiques though.

    I haven't a clue what type but I know I seem to be "slow twitch" as I am more of an endurance athlete (distance running etc).

    I'm mostly meso, but also ecto: my basic shape is rather rectangular, my hair grows super fast and I have tons of it and I suffer greatly in extreme weather :-) Very interesting info!

    I suppose I'm an Ectomorph, except my face definitely isn't angular, my lower jaw doesn't receed, and I don't burn easily. Yes, my h air is fine, but it doesn't grow quickly.

    I'm Ectomorph it turns out, though I don't think I'd heard the word prior to today. Anyone know of any body-type specific dietry/training advice for ectomorphs? Is it as simple as "eat more, run less, lift heavier", or is there some secret?
