My bad, I forget I should stop using terms that are probably only familiar in my region.
According to Urban Dictionary,
Dieseled = A man with muscular physique, one who is muscular.
I.E. That dude is Dieseled.0 -

I'm not sure I buy into this body type stuff so much these days.
5 years ago I would have definitely said Endo.
Now, I got no idea.
I think ecto's move more than they think & don't eat as much as they think.
Endo's the opposite.
There are definitely meso's with awesome genetics for good physiques though.0 -
I haven't a clue what type but I know I seem to be "slow twitch" as I am more of an endurance athlete (distance running etc).0

I'm mostly meso, but also ecto: my basic shape is rather rectangular, my hair grows super fast and I have tons of it and I suffer greatly in extreme weather :-) Very interesting info!0

I suppose I'm an Ectomorph, except my face definitely isn't angular, my lower jaw doesn't receed, and I don't burn easily. Yes, my h air is fine, but it doesn't grow quickly.0

I'm Ectomorph it turns out, though I don't think I'd heard the word prior to today. Anyone know of any body-type specific dietry/training advice for ectomorphs? Is it as simple as "eat more, run less, lift heavier", or is there some secret?0
