Getting Trim for in time for the New Year!

Goodmorning My name is Shaunice and I'm losing weight for my own personal reason as well as in hopes of joining the US Navy =]

Today my starting weight is 190.9
And my plan is to just take one day at a time keeping track of my calories. I'm easing myself back into a healthy lifestyle so my main concern is to not over eat or emotionally eat. If I decide to exercise during the time great. But I'm more so focused on my nutrition first =]

    I know I need to improve on tracking my calories aswell but thats going to be my goal
    to track all my calories

    I hear ya! I always feel guilty putting my junk food on MFP but it helps motivate you not to do it again!
