            Hi. I've been gone for a couple of months and now I am back. Thank you so much for the invite back into this group. I don't know if it is too late to join for November but if I can still join here is my info: November 15th I weighed in at 235.8lbs and now today I weigh 232.8 lbs so I lost 3lbs.  Not a good month for me!! The worst since I started losing weight....but! I decided for the last little bit to give my body a break. I have lost almost 60 pounds and have been eating maintence cals for the past 1.5 weeks...will be for maybe 1 more week and then drop it back down to give my body a break!! i hope it works!!0
