I am going to have a meal replacement drink for breakfast and Dinner

M/W/F: AbRibberX along with 45 minutes cardio(running, jogging, elliptical,)
T/Th: CardioX



Thanksgiving was memorable but now its time to burn off the Chicken and Dumplings, Cornbread dressing, and Bread Pudding!!

    Think Im going to continue with meal replacement breakfast or lunch, and try not to eat so much this weekend, though it may be hard as myself and my fiance are away for a couple of days which means lots of food and drink!!

    Exercise wise- m/w/fri/su - EA sports active; tu/th - your shape. I have only just found this lurking at the back of a cupboard, so going to dust it off and give it another shot! Hoping to fit in 30day shred this week too, as i need to work hard-think Saturday night will be my downfall!!
