nice goal! my race is this sunday so i will be alternating between running and the elliptical, don't want to rough my knees up too much. day 1 - 45 mins 3.1 miles0

Day 2 - so far 40 min elliptical. Still planning a walk to finish off the day0 -
Day 2 - 40 min elliptical and 20 min walk on an incline 10%
Day 3 - 60 min walk slow....0 -
Day 4 - 35 min walk @ 3k and 25 min walk @ 3.5 k0

Day 7 - 30 min elliptical and 30 min walk
