    Definitely going to read this one. I tell people I fast to give my gut some "quiet time". I'm amazed how many people out there think it is unhealthy to go 24 hours without food.

    Yeah, it's silly. Tell them "try and gather - or kill - your own food, and you'll see how often and normal fasting for a day is." :)
