If your child(ren) is in college, then it is most likely Finals Week for them. What types of things do you do (or try to avoid doing) to help your child during this time?

Yes - it's finals week and my son is either stuck in the school library all day and night or locked in his bedroom coming out only to forage for food.
I've tried to stick to my own eating schedule and not get pulled into his crazy food binging. He has never had a weight problem and I've given up using him as my excuse to buy junk food.

To meet his needs I have stocked up on microwave popcorn, apples and meals in a bag. He can throw the meals in the frying pan or microwave anytime or join me when I have a 'normal' dinner.

    So far - it's working!
    What are your tricks?

My son goes to school many states away, so I usually send him a package of some good snacks (and some not so good). Alittle extra cash is always good at this time of year so at least he doesn't have to worry about running out of money end of semester!
