I'm still participating, although I have had to make some serious modifications due to ankle pain. Has anyone else experienced this? I am an avid runner so I am used to high impact activities, but for some reason these exercises have caused my left ankle to hurt A LOT.
Glad to hear you're all still going strong. Level two is hard, but I'm pleased to find that it gets a little easier every day Even if I'm not seeing immediate physical results, it's nice to know that my strength is increasing!0 -

Yes, my wrist hurt a little during the first exercise (the pushups) but nothing too bad.0
