I had a pretty gnarly migraine last night, but I got up and put in a light workout this AM. I'll be doing some walking during lunch, etc.. and taking a trip out into the field today @ work to a job site. Woohoo!
I won't be wearing my HRM for the field visit, but I will be logging my lunchtime walk!0 -
I made it to class yet again, despite feeling exhausted and cranky :devil:
AND I was a good girl and did 30 minutes on the elliptical last night, as promised! Now, I have to make sure I get up and work-out tomorrow morning, since I don't have class.... hopefully I will see you bright and early!
