I'm really excited.

Well I am really excited about this challenge. I hope you all are too. If you have questions or need tips let me know!

I'll leave the group public till the challenge starts. Get your friends to do it to!

I am new to MFP and figured this would be a great way to get started. If anyone is looking for more friends feel free to add me.

Thanks for the invite...so I hope wall and knee push ups count...I can't quite do a toe push up yet...well...I can lower myself to the ground...but I can't push back up again...I think that will be one of my goals for 2012: do "real" push ups :)

Just found a Juiian Date Calendar app in the android market place, I bet those of you with iPhones have something similar in the app store.

Me too. I'm a bit impatient and want to go ahead and get the push ups going.

Should we have a side-challenge going - how many consecutive pushups we can do, without breaking them down into groups?
May motivate me to push harder..

    lets do it!

i'm starting on 10 for day one though.
remember to get full effect, use a FULL range of motion.

extend at the top, chest to the floor!

starting at 1 on the first day, this should be a good way to increase everyones pushup and bench ability!
nice and slow progression is the way!

    remember! MAKE THEM COUNT!

Sure. Thats the idea of the challenge. But if some of you need to break them down in groups then by all means.
