    I went for a walk through the neighborhood and accomplished 3 miles. I will go at it again tomorrow.

  • I will be walking my miles while others may jog, bike, swim, row. I also plan to only record the extra walking I do - the on purpose walking - not the stuff I do as part of my job.

    January 1 - walked 1.14mi and rode 1.68mi - total 2.82 :D
    took the kids out for a short time. Will hopefully do a little more as the days go by.

    Jan 1st I did 0 miles. I will make up for it today though. I am a nurse and work 12 hours, so I usually don't log miles the days I work. Aiming to run another marathon again this year so this is the start of training
