Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 30 Squat Kicks* and 50 Jumping Jacks

Day 2 Exercise Challenge – 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses + 1 Extra Mile jog, walk or run (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYwzaUXK6gs) * You may use cans of soup, tomato juice or bottles of water if u don’t have weights
Day 3 Exercise Challenge – 50 Crunches* + 20 Mountain Climbers

Day 4 Exercise Challenge – 2 sets of 21’s + 100 Jumping Jacks (Bicep Curls may be done with cans of soup or bottles of water if you don’t have any weights) + 1 Extra Mile jog, walk or run.

Day 5 Exercise Challenge – 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses + 50 Crunches + 50 Toe Touches

Day 6 Exercise Challenge – 50 Crunches + 2 sets of 21’s + 100 Jumping Jacks
Day 7 Rest! You deserve it!
Health:- 8 hours sleep daily + No Alcohol

sounds good, but no way to sleep 8 hours every night. I have to get up at 4 am, so as I like to spend time with my hubby I have only 6 to 7 hours a night :-) (during the week).0

ooo love the squat kick kick will be fun.. il see how i go on the challenges im doing lots of cross fit, boxing, running and pole dancing this week any way and dont really want to overdo it - also love the toe touch video hot lol0

I am doing the Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout as well as Your Shape Fitness Evolved and some Dance Central.
I might even bookmark those exercises and fit them in to a workout after dinner.
Today is official no smoking day..... No1 challenge started...yipee0 -
Challenge looks great!! Just did day one, but i also cant get the 8 hours of sleep (13 month old) I am going to do everything else though. Thanks again for the time to set up this challenge0

On the 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses I am going to use some bottles of wine that I have. I can't drink them for 10 weeks so I need to find some other use for them lol. I am so excited to do all of this. I just got my sister to join this site and she might join this challenge.0

ok so i managed the exercises today (as well as doing 30 day shred) had to break them up through the day and im knackered !! , just thought i'd share , hope everyone else is doing well x0

Thanx for the encouragement on the non smoking....
I went ok so far as my diet and exercise... As for the smoking part, well I didn't have a ciggy all day...
Today is a new day and I am not craving one as bad....0 -

My diet is great today, going to nandos with a friend so going to have a chicken salad
Will do day 1 challenge when I get home with my mum who is doing this challenge with me.
Can't wait.....I have missed exercise toooooooooo much!!! and I actually mean that!!0 -

I'm going to fit these workouts in with my 10K training. The 10K workout I'm doing is this http://www.halhigdon.com/10ktraining/10knovice.htm. I've got to figure out when to do each thing during the week with my work schedule, but I will get it done! Exercises look great! Just what I need to get into better shape!0
