Hey so have my weigh in and my measurements... was a tad scary.. i also took a photo of myself as want to see the changes over the months... so how are we logging them into the spreadsheet??

Done just input mine I made an effort to lose 2lbs this week after I weighed boxing day and it worked so I'm the same weight as I was before chrimbo x0

I went straight to it and I do have a google account, so I would imagine that you do need a google account...

Post your weight now, then in the week 1 slot, post your weight on Saturday and so on..

loving it so far kelsey didnt do day two exercise as going to boxing but definitely love those squat kicks could feel them really working on my core.. also added in some burpies and jump rope.. my gym has us on a challenge where every day of the week for the month of jan we have to do that many burpies lol.. so only 4 atm easy does it.. not looking forward to the end lol0
