Does anyone else do regular crunches or cross crunches (crunches with a twist, feet on the floor) in lieu of bicycle crunches? I notice I have to do that in order to get anything done, because the bike crunches hurt so bad. I hope to move up, but still. Yowch!

It will get easier. I couldn't do them at first..............then I could do a couple...........then when she says don't you quit on me I would say I won't Jillian. The point is to stay moving and keep trying, something is better than nothing.0

The bike crunches are the only crunches on level one that I have to really push myself to do the rest aren't too bad.0

Bicycle crunches are what get me... But I find a spot on my ceiling and put all my focus on using my abs and getting through it. And if I can do it than ANYONE can do it!0

I start with the bicycle and switch to regular if it gets too tough at least I did my first round. This time I can do the bicycle crunches no problem, well I have to stop about 2-3 seconds before she does0

I need to keep telling myself it's only a minute of ab work, but it's still hard! I'll try focusing on the ceiling and see if that works. Thanks!0

I start off doing them...then have to go to regular or twist crunches...when she says don't quit on me, I try to go back to the bicycle crunches. It's a killer though!0

OMW----I thought it was just me with those darn bicycle crunches! As NSPIREDSOUL stated, just keep on moving! Those things do burn like crazy...eventually your body does adjusts and it becomes semi-easier (lol)!
