Week 1 Mini Goal

So apart of this group along with the commitment and the positive energy is making small goals each week.
We'll try to make a new post each week where we can share our mini goals, help encourage each other and offer support if someone is struggling.
These goals can be fitness related, food related, logging, or life in general. Just make is achievable and a little bit of a challenge.
This is a short week since we just started up but we'll go ahead and just get our goals set.
Also, let me know, to save the group forum from being too cluttered, would we like to weigh in here on Friday? This can be both our weekly goal and weigh-in thread to keep the group from getting to full with posts.

My mini goal is two water bottles a day. That's about 100 oz.
My issue: The weekend! I also lose my routine over the weekend so I want to work on this. That's my challenge.0 -
My mini goal this week is water! I need to be more consistent with my water intake. I am going to strive for getting 8 glasses in.
I am up for Friday Weigh-Ins, as I find that day to be a more popular day to weigh in.0 -
I usually weigh in on Thursday, but I can report it on Fridays. I weigh at my in-law's house and I'm always there on Thursday afternoon, so that's the main reason.0

I can weigh-in on Fridays for sure! and I think my mini goal for this week is to work out 5 times. doesnt matter how long, I just want to do some exercise 5 times and start getting used to the consistency!0

Ok, this question was meant to ask if we wanted a separate thread for weighing-in. There is now a thread for Friday Weigh-In. Go there to post your weigh, if you choose. We'll report on Friday. If you don't weigh in on Friday just report your last weigh-in.0 -

I've done ok with my water goal. I did even better with my green smoothies every morning.
Tomorrow is race day for me. 5k I did last year in 41 minutes. Last 5k was 35:47 in December so I'm hoping to get done by 35 minutes or less
