    Imarunner - it's what you expected so that's good! You're body is working exactly the way it should be! Next week it will be a loss - awesome!

    More water, less sodium will help too! I will be so happy when this junk food is out of the house...I wish I had the money to throw it all out now! My challenge from my challenge group is to drink a min of 64 oz of water a day (since I cannot do the physical challenges yet because of my accident). That's exactly the challenge I needed!

    Well, I am going to accept my holiday gain at 2.4 lbs. I started a 21 day challenge with Leslie Sansone this morning so I have a plan! Great thread! I miss the gals on the Thinner Thursdays thread in WW online, so let's keep this one going and support each other!:flowerforyou:

    Hello all!! I'm new to the group (not to MFP or WW) and usually weigh in on Mondays. My starting weight for WW (Sept 26, 2011) was 182.8...my weight on Monday of this week was 163. I gained a little over the holidays but am headed back down. Glad to see there are other WW's on here. I have been doing both and am happy to see I'm not alone!! Best of luck to all!!

    goal: 130

    Hey all!

    I stepped on the scale this morning and I was up a full pound from where I was since mid-week. Then I noticed Icouldn't get my wedding ring on and realized I was retaining water.

    Just the same:

    Week 1: Weekly Loss: 2 Total Loss: 2
    Week 2: Weekly Gain: Total Loss: 1

    I can always fix it later, but as of right now this is my weigh in reality, and I'm okay with that.

    I weigh in tonight officially but I was down to 189 again as of last night (I had gained a couple of lbs during the holidays). Hopefully I will see good news on the scale again tonight.

    I have decided to go back to Friday Weigh In like I did with WW, so I'll post on Fridays, gain or loss.

    Today's a loss! 185.4 - down 2 lbs from 1-2-12. I'll take it! :happy:

    Week 1 (1/10/2012) Loss: 4.8
    Week 2 (1/17/2012) Loss: 0.6 ~~~~ (-5.4lbs total)

    Hi all!

    I am a WW lifetime member who fell off track at some point, and decided now is the time to get back to it!
    I weigh in on Wednesdays, and I started WW again on 1/4 weighing 163.3; my goal is 145.
    I weighed in 1/11, down 3.6
    I weighed in 1/18, down .8
    My total loss thus far, 4.4

    I think the ww/mfp combo will really work well together :happy:
