    I have no motivation today :( work has been kicking me butt so I just feel tired and groggy. I am hoping in a few hours I will get some energy!

    Day 5 DONE for me, I am thinking of taking Sunday off is everyone else? I am really sore today my legs are sore my arms hurt, I am glad they do because the first 2 days I didnt feel much..Do you think I am just working harder or my body just woke up? LOL.

    Well done all keep going!!!

    3&4 were hard days for me. I saw some awesome result pics yesterday and kicked L1D5's butt this am (well most of it) also really brought it for Zumba this afternoon. Can't wait for bedtime and day 6 tomorrow :-)

    Day 6 for me and it is definitely getting a little easier, just a little. I've bought some heavier weights as my just under 2lbs aren't really having the desired fast effects, so when the arrived Tuesday I'll probably die...

    My legs are so sore! Day 5 kicked my butt, but , I am trying to follow Natalie for most of the exercises instead of Anita so that might be why.

    I'm not starting until the 9th but I have been watching your group for a while, I just have a quick question, do you do the shred 30 days straight with no break or every 4-5 days?

    Day 5 done!! It was hard tow ork up the motivation today. Also the jump rope is still killing me! But everything else is getting easier.

    Day 5 is a wrap! 5 more days of level 1...tomorrow it gets interesting (may be going for a jog, if not spin class, maybe both) and boy oh boy if I do shred I will probably kill over on day 6, plus all the running around I gotta do...but its a good thing I need to take my mind off things.
