Day 5 complete!! I took yesterday off because I was having knee pain........ but I started a day earlier than the challenge so I am still on day 5 with most of you :-) WTG to everyone!0

Day 5 is a wrap! 5 more days of level 1...tomorrow it gets interesting (may be going for a jog, if not spin class, maybe both) and boy oh boy if I do shred I will probably kill over on day 6, plus all the running around I gotta do...but its a good thing I need to take my mind off things.0

forgot to log yesterday. day 5 done. I'm on day 3 of level 2. I'm having a little trouble coordinating my arms and leg, while maintaining the correct position. This time i switched to really light weights and just focused on my technique. I think I've got it now. We'll see what day 6 is like0
