well day 5 for me is in the books and i feel stronger except for those damn jumping jacks i hate them lol great job everyone0

completed day 6 last night, though it still is hard for me, it's gotten much easier now, I can actually do more push ups, but my shins are still sore from the cardio.0

Well i took a day off yesterday because my back was acting up, and it paid off. Back is happier today, so I will forge forward with my Day 5 today!0

I am done with Day 6. My right shoulder is really hurting. My husband thinks it is from the lunges with the arm raises so I am going to do that without weights tomorrow. After my other workouts...I use Leslie Sansone Walk At Home vidoes...I feel energized and ready to get housework done etc. After this work out I am shaky for at least an hour and feel like I can't do anything else. I am going to keep going for the 30 days but I most likely won't be doing Jillian Michaels again after that.0

Day 4 for me. I made it through and even managed some extra cardio afterward! I still can't do more than a few real pushups, though. Do they get any easier with practice, or am I going to be stuck doing "girl" pushups forever?0

Ok Day 5 is done. Able to use 5 lbs instead of 3 successfully on all exercises except the anterior raises/side lunges. My calves are still seizing on the first set of cardio which is frustrating because I'm not as out of breath, it's only the calves holding me back!0
