    completed day 6 last night, though it still is hard for me, it's gotten much easier now, I can actually do more push ups, but my shins are still sore from the cardio.

    Well i took a day off yesterday because my back was acting up, and it paid off. Back is happier today, so I will forge forward with my Day 5 today!
  • Day 3 for me today... And I got through both sets of push ups! They were the girlie push ups but I still did them the whole time :bigsmile:

    I am done with Day 6. My right shoulder is really hurting. My husband thinks it is from the lunges with the arm raises so I am going to do that without weights tomorrow. After my other workouts...I use Leslie Sansone Walk At Home vidoes...I feel energized and ready to get housework done etc. After this work out I am shaky for at least an hour and feel like I can't do anything else. I am going to keep going for the 30 days but I most likely won't be doing Jillian Michaels again after that.

    Day 4 for me. I made it through and even managed some extra cardio afterward! I still can't do more than a few real pushups, though. Do they get any easier with practice, or am I going to be stuck doing "girl" pushups forever?

    Ok Day 5 is done. Able to use 5 lbs instead of 3 successfully on all exercises except the anterior raises/side lunges. My calves are still seizing on the first set of cardio which is frustrating because I'm not as out of breath, it's only the calves holding me back!

    Day 6 is in the books! I got a pair of 3lb weights for the arm/leg exercises and that helped tremendously!

    Day 3 for me, too! Great job on the push ups :bigsmile: I still need a break even doing girlie ones half the time lol.

    My muscles were so horribly sore this morning I had to practically force myself to do the video. Doing it DID help loosen up the muscles just like yesterday, though, so I am glad I pushed through.

    As I recall it only gets better after day 3 :drinker:

    I so did not want to do Day 6 today because it was my long run day-- 8 miles (my longest by far)!

    BUT I DID IT! And I am going to be sore tomorrow, but I am so proud of myself!
  • Well we have a bunch of friends over today. Guys and girls. So I do not want to work out in front of them. I was thinking take today as my rest day and work out hard tomorrow when everyone leaves. Also I think we are all gonna play dance central so I can get a workout in without anyone knowing

    Day 5 for me-Done! The kids were a great distraction from the time during the burn. I TOTALLY know what you are saying. My calves are the same way. I greatly dislike plyometrics, but they are a great work out.
