    Oh god, I forgot to weigh in this week. What is wrong with me? I'm going to update my weight goals this week as I have reached and went beyond my original goal. SteveLL, don't worry, any work is good work :) Thanks for doing it!

    Sorry guys I'm not as computer literate as I thought. I can't get it on here to savemy life, so heres this weeks list sans the grid and colors. djsysstem was right Tim, we should have sent it to him. Now I have a new challenge to learn so it's a good thing.

    Guys I got a way to watch STEV's Result Table in Original Format, Just Click the "QUOTE" option in STEV Message Box (You can find this "QUOTE" On Right Bottom of the Msg Box). That's it in the New Message Box it will show you in the Original Format.

    Oh... above picture is OK I think... its in a Excel Format....

    Few points I missed: Last Column not complete, Colour Shade for People who have Wt Loss, Wt gain, and Wt not updated.

    Any ways, now I am happy that I can be a Helping Hand to our Team Leaders (Tim & Steve).

    Feeling good gentlemen. I completely forgot to get on the scale this morning, ate my breakfast, drank some water, took my pills, and THEN got on the scale to a 2.2lbs loss. I usually get on the scale before I eat, drink, or take pills.

    Reporting in. Hope everyone had a great holiday season. I finally got on the scale, and despite a few chocolate crinkle cookies, lasagna for Christmas, and getting dumped 3 days after Christmas (with some rather sporadic eating in the aftermath), I got on the scale expecting the worst and was surprised to find no change! I mean, to the tenth of a pound from my last weigh-in, over 3 weeks ago!

    No loss, but no gain, so I consider that a pretty decent compromise overall!

    Greetings Men,
    I am back from my little absence. Got in yesterday afternoon after driving another 2000 miles straight. I did a quick peek on the scale and wanted to climb under a rock. I knew I gained, but didn't think it would be that much. I am waiting to step on again a little later after my body sets a little settled back to normal.
    I didn't take it easy while i was visiting my mother-in-law. We got a ton of projects done around her house and I feel really good that I could help her with this and will gladly trade a little setback on my part to help her out.
    I am planning on driving down again in June and incorporating my 30 year high school reunion into the trip.
    I will get the chart posted up tomorrow.

    Hectic work project schedules and stress are a killer on focus and routine. Historically I would be eating junk like crazy and packing on weight in this kind of time.

    I did my level best in excercise but Food in-take was not controlled due to Wife Forcing to eat this & this, so at the end of week final result is No Loss & No Gain.

I really need to start hitting the gym and shortly P90X. I think we need a P90X group here. I know we won't get ripped but I think if a lot of us commit there will be a difference.

    To let everyone know Goal: 210 BY THE end of the year.

    251 when I last weighed myself.

    230 by July 6 My 49 birthday.

    Lets go boys. We can do this.

    I have slacked off and been travelling. Need to report in and be responsible to you guys. Have been walking a lot but still think it has not been enough. Men on a mission let's do this. Luv you guys and going to make this happen.

    From today on. No alcohol and lots of walking. Was doing 3 miles of walking going to head back there.

    Let's go team.

    I go to the YMCA for my weights workout. It's been a bit crowded with all the NYR's. I've only had to cancel 1 planned session of weight lifting once this week because of the crowds. I didn't go home and pout though, I went outside in the windy and light rain to jog for an hour.

    Had a good week; was down 2 going into Sun. But then we had a big family gathering yesterday, lots of salty grilled cheese, tomato soup and chocolate desserts. Hoping the gain is just water from all the salt I had.

    Still haven't figured out how to not overdo it at the family gatherings. Thanksgiving and Christmas were both bad weeks too. Open for any pointers from you guys on how not to overeat when there is a big spread. It just comes natural at our house to pig out.
