    So...I just watched the video for the frog jumps...umm....I'd rather do the burpees!!!

    Jose, are you trying to kill us? lol

    oh you know me, just trying to push everyone to hate me this week :) I thought they looked pretty good. I haven't tried it yet though :laugh:

    Thanks everyone! I have logged in. To reduce the amount of confusion (for me mostly) can I ask that you also comment on my status or email me so I wont have to be looking in 4 different places that the challenge was completed :tongue:

    That's why after I posted the weekly challenges I locked the forum so people couldn't post. Makes one less place for them to post about completed challenges.

    W- 50 mt. climbers & 25 JJ (migraine, just couldn't do anymore jumping)

    Looks like me may be down to 18 people by the end of the week :ohwell: 18 very competitive people at that. The next two weeks of the challenge will be very interesting. Any requests on daily challenges or weekly challenges?

    As for the daily/weekly challenges, I love some planks!

    How about NO burpees or frog jumps! LOL And I'd like to request that we don't have to do any weekly or daily "miles." I had that in my last challenge, and wasn't able to complete this and I sorta dropped out. I'd like to actually finish this challenge.

    Maybe some chest flies? or other stuff with weights? I like weight training, but I don't like anything where jumping is involed because it bothers my knees. Jillian Michaels does a chair squat on her 30 day shred DVD. Those aren't bad. You have to bend your knees as if you were to sit in a chair and then raise your arms up in a V.

    Planks, weights...sounds good. I will definitely think of something creative for week 3. Week 4 is going to be the best. It will be a combination of everything.

    Fri: 50 frog jumps, 50 walking lunges with bicep curls

    I'd like to see more arm workouts next week, I love chest flies! Would love some sort of combo of crunches as well and more push-ups! :bigsmile:

    Wow, these people are motivated! Actually, I am still catching up from being a little under the weather earlier this week, but so far I have done:
    50 burpees
    50 lunges
    50 mountain climbers
    50 frog jumps
    450 jj's
    I will try to get the rest done between tomorrow and Sun. morning - I work tomorrow, so will need to finish up Sunday.

    Finished up the exercises for this challenge last night, then this morning went to a Group PT Session and had to do more burpees and jumping jacks, I think that I will make tomorrow a rest day and do nothing :smile:
