    Hi All, I'm from Dundalk....I've tried lots of diets before but none as good as this...
    being using app since Aug 2011 lost 31lbs so far (38"+ Waist to 34") about 1 more stone to go...
    then the hard work begins of trying to keep it off this time.....
    I had goal set at 1lb per week....
    Going to change this to 1/2lb per week when I hit the 12st 7 mark....

    if I can reach my goal by the end of the summer or even next christmas that would be great I'm in no hurry.....

    My wife started me on this she has managed to lose over 42lbs (3 Dress Sizes) inspired me to give it a go.....
    It's a slow process but well worth the effort.....I find I'm not as hungry during the day as I have 5 meals/snacks per day.....

    If I could give one tip it's the obvious one drink lots of water....
