Looking for people who would like to start sharing their meal plan every day? Maybe this could help motivate some of us and give us some new foods to eat.

    I will totally follow this..i have no meal plans...same thing almost every day...

    yogart or oatmeal (weight control) for breakfast

    some form of a chicken salad for lunch

    carrots or apples for snack

    salad or some sort of veggie and chicken for dinner

    I added you ladies, I am always looking for new ideas. My food diary is open as well, I follow the 17 day diet mostly, with lots of protein and veggies/fruits/yogurt and tons of water though I always forget to log the water.
