I don't like Zumba :laugh: maybe I just don't like the Wii Zumba?!? I will replace it with 30 minutes of Just Dance 3.0

Opps I did Wed challenge yesturday...Duh...I will be doing a yoga routine now as my mini challenge. Working on lil sleep lately,
I think my brain is starting to turn to mush!!! LOL

25 crunches
30 sec sprint in place
50 Donkey kickbacks (25 each leg)
30 sec sprint in place
1 min jump rope (simulated or with rope)
30 min sprint in place
25 jump squats
30 min sprint in place
1 min run in place
30 sec slow walk to cool down (breath deeply)
Last chance workout for weigh in on Friday! We can do this0 -
