Before I forget to post Thursday's mini challenge...here goes:
1 min run in place (warm up)
25 crunches
30 sec sprint in place
50 Donkey kickbacks (25 each leg)
30 sec sprint in place
1 min jump rope (simulated or with rope)
30 min sprint in place
25 jump squats
30 min sprint in place
1 min run in place
30 sec slow walk to cool down (breath deeply)
Last chance workout for weigh in on Friday! We can do this

I think the 3rd set of sprints was supposed to be 30 seconds not 30 minutes :laugh: atleast I hope so!0
