Wow, these people are motivated! Actually, I am still catching up from being a little under the weather earlier this week, but so far I have done:
50 burpees
50 lunges
50 mountain climbers
50 frog jumps
450 jj's
I will try to get the rest done between tomorrow and Sun. morning - I work tomorrow, so will need to finish up Sunday.0 -

Finished up the exercises for this challenge last night, then this morning went to a Group PT Session and had to do more burpees and jumping jacks, I think that I will make tomorrow a rest day and do nothing

As much as everyone wants to know what team won this week, I am waiting on some final numbers from some people I emailed this morning. I am hoping to receive them all back today or hopefully tomorrow by lunch time. I will post all of the numbers roughly around then. Have a great remainder of the weekend everyone!0

Team 2 - 55/66 - 83% - lost two team members
