    W- 50 mt. climbers & 25 JJ (migraine, just couldn't do anymore jumping)
    Th- 50 dumbbell squats & 200 JJ

    Almost there, not looking forward to those frog jumps - oh well I will just treat it like a bandaid, do it quick and get it over with :happy:

    Planks, weights...sounds good. I will definitely think of something creative for week 3. Week 4 is going to be the best. It will be a combination of everything.

    Mon: 50 burpees
    Tue: 50 bicycle crunches, 500 jumping jacks
    Wed: 50 mountain climbers, 250 jumping jacks
    Thu: 50 squats with dumbbell press
    Fri: 50 frog jumps, 50 walking lunges with bicep curls

    I'd like to see more arm workouts next week, I love chest flies! Would love some sort of combo of crunches as well and more push-ups! :bigsmile:

    Monday - 50 Burpees: DONE!!
    Tuesday - 50 Per Leg Walking Lunges with bicep curl: Done!!
    Wednesday - 50 Mountain Climbers: Done!!
    Thursday - 50 Squat with Dumbbell Press: Done!!
    Friday - 50 Frog Jumps: Done!!
    Saturday - 50 Bicycle Crunches:
    Weekly Challenge: 750 Jumping Jacks : Done 800!!

    Wow, these people are motivated! Actually, I am still catching up from being a little under the weather earlier this week, but so far I have done:
    50 burpees
    50 lunges
    50 mountain climbers
    50 frog jumps
    450 jj's
    I will try to get the rest done between tomorrow and Sun. morning - I work tomorrow, so will need to finish up Sunday.

    Finished up the exercises for this challenge last night, then this morning went to a Group PT Session and had to do more burpees and jumping jacks, I think that I will make tomorrow a rest day and do nothing :smile:

    Good job everyone! I can honestly say I kicked my butt this week. Great fun challenges to add on to my normal routine.

    As much as everyone wants to know what team won this week, I am waiting on some final numbers from some people I emailed this morning. I am hoping to receive them all back today or hopefully tomorrow by lunch time. I will post all of the numbers roughly around then. Have a great remainder of the weekend everyone!

    Team 2 - 55/66 - 83% - lost two team members
    Team 3 - 60/66 - 91% - lost two team members
