Excited about running my 1st 5k in March! :-) completed 1st wk of training!!

    Very awesome! How was the first week?

    I"m doing a variation of the program since I wasn't starting from the couch but I'm no runner either....:-)

    No crap! That's why I'm doing it Puggie! LOL - just kidding ;-)

    I looked at the C25k program, I'm kinda lining up with week 3 I believe, with my own variation.

    I just finished week 2 of the c25k program and starting on week 3 today. 90 seconds to 3 minutes seems like a big jump, but I'M GONNA DO IT!!! :)
