Please post how many crunches you do here.
DONT have to be done in one go.
aim for 200 a day but if this isnt possable try getting 200 in one day by next sunday.

Saw this after I worked out today. But I was close anyway. I did 12 sets of 15 (crunches, elevated leg crunches, bicycle abs). For a grand total of 180.0

I did all 200 yesterday and today. But today I did different types of crunches to try and work different ab muscle groups so I did the bicycle, some regular, some with feet in the air, etc0

I did 60 last night before bed to make it 200 yesterday and then I did 200 this morning by doing sets of 50. Add that to thirty mins on the elliptical and I am good. Hope everyone has a good day0

I was going to do a weekly sum of what I did on Sunday. =P
I did 240 on Tuesday and 120 on Wednesday.
I'll do better next week. Trying to get my school/work schedules regulated. I have another 200 day (or 2) in me though!0 -
