first time this month

I binged yesterday. I know I was stress eating with college, work and other activities just piling up one after another. I know it's my new year goal to take baby steps. Which I have. Never the less I'm frustrated. I hate The feeling in the morning after. Worst feeling ever :(. I'm hoping it will just be getting better again.
