    Have you just started working out? Or work out often? I know I gained a couple lbs when I first started out, but after about 1.5wks dropped what I gained and then some. :smile: Stick with it!!!

    Oi.... I feel a little discouraged... I LOOK slimmer, but the scale says I've gained! I've been doing Zumba and minimal weight lifting.... Maybe I should add an extra, but short, morning workout?

    It could definitely be water weight! Sometimes the scale can be inaccurate so keep up the good work and don't be discouraged!!

    Don't let this discourage you. You can't be gainiing weight if you are eating right and exercising. Once you figure out what works for you, it will melt off! Or can just be one of those fluke things. I know for my body, I have to be extreme! Thus the name of this group! I don't know how others do it but I need to do everything very strictly or the scale will not move for me.

    Most important thing, keep going!!!

    Down a total of 5.2lbs so I get five hearts - :heart: :heart: :heart: :heart: :heart: and supassed my goal so my new goal is to hit 183lbs by V-day. :smile:
