I have been walking along a long stretch of beach- 6km each way most days since this all started. I have not been much of a logger as i am still getting the hang of the whole mfp thing- but I have been on it. With the exception of one month when i was not well I have walked 30-50km per week. And since Oct when I joined lost 6kg.
