Linebacker selection

I saw on someone's post that they burned calories doing linebacker...how do you enter that into this correctly? I can't quite figure it out! Yikes! Thanks!

    There is no real set way to do it. I personally enter it as 15 minutes of running and 15 mins of weight/strength training. Some people enter it as 30 minutes of circuit training. If you had a heart rate monitor, or knew the amount of calories you burned, you could enter manually as Linebacker. Any and all of these are appropriate :) Hope that helps!!

    I enter linebacker as circuit training. Having and using a heart rate monitor would be great. Someday I will invest in one....

    I am on the lookout for a monitor as well. I try to under estimate my workouts so that I'm not taking away too many calories until I get amino tot and know for sure:).
