 Wish I would remember to wear my pedometer, Its hard to equate my exercise to miles.0

            I just ordered a Silva Tech heart monitor that tracks calories, has a pedometer, and is water resistant 50meters. I'm excited! Come summer I can swim laps and know how much calories I burnt! And I can count my steps on my watch. 
 The price, IMO was really not bad0

            That sounds great! My HRM work in water too, but I have yet to try it. Couting steps would be nice, even if it was just for the workout, I would know how far I traveled in Zumba!
 I will make better effort to wear my pedometer in Feb.0
