ME? I gained big time! PMS is roaring and I ate for Valentines day and the day after. Scale read up 8 pounds for me.

(UP 8 from lowest weight)So for the month I have only loast 1. 4 pounds. Wow! But I did lose inches! And I will say that the majority of this is fluid so it will be down next week.
