Yesterday I spent the day with my daughter and her fifth grade class out in the Lake Wissota State Park cross country skiing! I got in over 12k steps!!!!! 12023 to be exact!

I think a challenge is in the makings!! Who is going to beat me???

    AWESOME!!!!!!! We're having a walking challenge at work & I have been trying to get in at least 8000 steps per day. 10K is a huge challenge for me, just because of time. So KUDOS to you for 12K!!! I know how hard that is!!!!

    I have yet to break 10,000, but I am increasing my daily average, so that's something.
