    Thursday- 1 mile- walk (rest day)
    Friday- 1.5 mile- walk and run
    Saturday- 1.5- walk and run (played alot of volleyball yesterday and today)

    Week total: 13.5 miles
    I've started doing more strength this week so some of my milage will be down until I can run longerd

    Total - 14.8 miles, I was not watching my total closely and missed my goal! This will not happen this week!

    Sunday: 2 mile run
    Monday: Off
    Tuesday: 2.1 mile run + 1.1 mile walk = 3.2 miles
    Wednesday: 2.4 mile run = 5.6 miles
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Off
    Saturday: 1.8 mile walk = 7.4 miles
    Total: = 7.4 miles

    Training program for this week is: 2-2.5 miles 3 days with a long run of 3-3.5 miles on Saturday if I feel up to it. Feeling stronger every run so far :smile:
    Update: Well, got a nasty cough complete with no voice Friday-Saturday, so didn't get my runs in. Hopefully I can kick it soon. Weather changed dramatically Thursday-ish (was snowing last weekend and now it's in the high 50s). Ugh.
