    It's a great all over body workout and at 20 minutes should be possible to fit into anyone's day. The style suits me - I get so bored with running or the gym, and I need the structure to keep going. I also love Jillian!

    Nervous but ready to try something new. I do zumba 3-5 nights and have done Slim in 6 off an on. I know I can do it, just need to keep myself motivated. Oh, and I do have a goal - swimsuit season! :)

    I started the shred last fall, made great progress until I got sick and then I just didnt start it back up. Then it was the dreaded holidays in which counting calories went to the wayside...think southern cuisine paula deen and several sticks of butter and thats pretty much the surroundings from thanksgiving right on up to new years day. With a new year comes a renewed drive to cook and eat and live healthy. Maybe this group can be the motivation I need to stick to it for the whole 30 days!
