Videos for women

When I first started out with kettlebells, I was looking around to see what kind of weight women were working with, and I found these two YouTube channels, which have been very helpful for me in learning proper form and also developing workouts. Both of these women are very advanced, but I love that they are not afraid of training with heavy weight.

You may also want to check out this page by Marianne -- she's a qualified Fitness and Extreme Kettlebell Instructor in Northern Ireland, as well as a Staff Nurse in a busy Cardiac Surgery ward. Her videos are great -- lots for beginners and more experienced kettlebell users, and I find her videos are very well done. Anytime I'm looking to freshen up my workout I turn to her videos.
