    I was reading an article on his 5/3/1 and he was talking about body weight after he talked about chin ups and pulls, then said "and we will leave kips where they belong...in the trash" Strong men don't kip (:

    I like what he says about how everyone should do pullups, because if you can't you're either "fat, injured, or weak"

    He's wrong-I'm fat AND weak!LOL Working on them both, though;-)
