Happy Friday!
I have not stepped on my scale since last Friday morning so I was pleasantly surprised this morning when it said 182.8! WOO HOO! That's a 2.6 LOSS from last week - I'll take it!
Jalara - In a previous post here you reminded me that on weigh in day it is what it is. Thank you :flowerforyou: That's what I did last year with weight watchers, I took whatever it said on Friday morning, gain or loss, some weeks were down, some were up and I learned how to accept that. I am 37 lbs lighter today than I was on 2/21/11, so the losses obviously "outweigh" the gains when you stick with your plan.

TOTAL SO FAR: -3.2 pounds although this includes weighing after eating with clothes on at the meeting so I m sure its more!! Yeah!!!
I can not wait to get into the 130's. I always seem to hit 140 lbs then stall , BUT NOT THIS TIME!!! I CAN DO IT!0 -
I am just starting my third week of WW. I am down 5lbs!!! I was suffering with a sinus infection last week and had to get on an antibiotic but i am totally motivated to shed some more lbs this week. I was counting calories for about 3-4 weeks and it didn't get me anywhere so I decided to start back on ww monday (which has been about 5 years since I have been on it) and I lost a pound. I don't have alot to lose so I am super excited and motivated!!

Hi! Been trying to calorie count for a while now but finding it difficult and so started WW online today! I did it years ago and got great results so hoping to do it again with their new system.
Height - 5'7"
Starting (7/2/12) - 172lb
Goal - 1420 -
HI I'm new here...I've been doing MFP (calorie counting) since the end of Aug with not much success 19 lbs aprox. I've decided to go back to WW online I've had great luck with it in the past hope yall dont mind.

lost .4 this week. leader and were discussing how i am "throwing" away all these points. this week i have over filled my active points. i workout at least 6 days a week from an hour up. i left my regular points on the table. we concluded i need to eat more if i am working out this much. so goal for this week is to eat at least 1/2 of my active points on the day i earn them. bank the rest. since after meeting i still have 60+ points left i ate pizza. i figured i would just let it go. but, i had to log it. they were only 5.5 points a slice. i had 3. now i know for future reference that little Cesars pizza is 6pts a slice.0

I completley agree - once I stop going to meetings I fall off track. I need the support, and the accountability of weighing in somplace other than my own home.0 -
