How do you log your C25K exercises in myfitnesspal?

I can't seem to find a good combination of exercises to add for my sessions on C25K. Should I enter the overall walking time, and then the overall running time separately? How do you guys do it?

Yeah, I did my jogging minutes and my walking minutes separately.

I created a custom exercise and use the calories from my heart rate monitor.

I walk at 4.0 and jog at 5.0 so I log my minutes as each of those things separately. I just got a HRM though, and that helps. Though I will probably keep logging them separately until I'm on the all running bits of the program.

I do mine on a treadmill and so I just log it as a treadmill exercise with the number of minutes and whatever the machine says was my average speed at the end.

I just combine my average speed for the whole workout and put it as that.

I've been logging my walking and running minutes separately. I run on a track so I know my pace (10 min/mile) which helps
