This past wk gave my leg muscles a break as far as running. Lot's of other cardio moves! When I read through all these posts, I am so inspired! Today riding with a few friends training for an iron man. This is the beginning of something new for myself. Haven't rode any type of bike other than a recumbent bike for 25 year.
