I did L1D8 this morning - I really felt it! I'm going to continue on Level 1 till I'm finding it easy, then I'll move on to Level 2. How's everyone else finding it?

Did L1D9 today - I pushed it a bit more and did a long series of stretches afterwards. I do encourage everyone to hold the stretches for far more than Jillian does and add in any other stretches you feel like doing.

I'm taking a break tomorrow as I'm attempting the first day of Week 4 of the Couch to 5k programme (which I'm not confident of completing - it's double the running time of last week - 16 minutes!), so I need my legs to be as fresh as possible.
  • I was down with a brutal cold for a few days... so I'm a few days behind... but still on Level 1, Day 6. I figure I'll do level one until I can finish all the push ups! :) Right now, i can only do 12 of them, on my knees!!! I know... awful. :)

I completed level 1 day 3 yesterday despite being sick, but it was only 20 min and was glad I did!
