    Currently I'm an retail HR Manager but looking for something more fulfilling and rewarding. I'm actually trying out a new job on Monday - a Healthcare Recruiter. I'm going to be doing both jobs for now until I know I like the new one. I dream of retirement.

    I have a sarcastic/dry sense of humor

    A tough one - quite happy at present, as my work is flexible and gives me the freedom to pursue my music interests (see below). Have wondered whether a different path would have been to pursue music professionally, but I think I'm happier as an amateur!

    Been with my partner for 18 years, we became Civil Partners last year.
    Music is my main interest - mostly classical, I sing in a number of choirs, and play the piano.
    We have one cat - we sadly lost another to illness last year.
    Enjoy food and cooking - hence my presence here!

    Slightly off the wall singing gigs - backing Dame Edna Everage, Alfie Boe and Joe McElderry, as well as singing on the soundtrack of Madagascar 2!
